Refund policy
At F&H, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
To start a return, contact us.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost.
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
